私隱與保安聲明

  1. 實德環球國際有限公司（簡稱「實德環球國際」）不時以各種適當管道獲取客戶的個人資料。實德環球國際持有之客戶有關之資料將會保密，而客戶同意實德環球國際可向下列人士提供該等個人資料：
    1. 實德環球國際之任何成員公司；
    2. 可能以其名義登記證券或其它資產之任何代表人；
    3. 向實德環球國際之任何成員公司或獲傳遞資料之任何其它人士提供行政、資料處理、電腦、電訊、付款或證券結算、財務、專業或其它服務之任何承辦商、代理或服務供應商；
    4. 代表客戶與或擬與實德環球國際進行交易之任何人士或該等人士之代表；
    5. 任何承讓人、受讓人、參與人、分參與人、代表、繼承人或獲轉讓帳戶之人士；
    6. 實德環球國際之任何成員公司之任何商業夥伴；及
    7. 適用于實德環球國際之任何成員公司之法例、規例或其它法規所規定之政府、監管或其它機構或機關。
       
  2. 客戶不時所提供之資料可用作下列用途﹕
    1. 向客戶提供之服務及設施之日常運作；
    2. 執行及令客戶指示生效；
    3. 就帳戶提供服務，無論該等服務是否由或透過實德環球國際之任何成員公司或任何其它人士所提供；
    4. 為客戶進行信貸查詢或調查及查明客戶之財務狀況及投資目標及容許或協助任何其它人士進行上述事項；
    5. 收取到期款項，向實德環球國際之任何成員公司執行抵押、押記權或其它權利及權益；
    6. 為實德環球國際之任何成員公司或其任何商業夥伴之現有及日後服務或產品進行市場推廣；
    7. 組成可能獲傳遞資料之人士或實德環球國際成員公司之部份記錄；
    8. 遵守可能規限實德環球國際之任何成員公司或任何其它人士之任何法定、監管或其它規定；及
    9. 有關或附帶上述任何一項或多專案的之其它用途。
       
  3. 除特別聲明外，實德環球國際將時刻遵守香港特別行政區的個人資料（私隱）條例，確保客戶所提供的資料得到保密。
     
  4. 客戶有權查閱或檢查實德環球國際是否持有客戶之資料及要求更改該等資料。實德環球國際可就任何該等要求收取合理費用。該等要求可寄予實德環球國際之以下地址:

  5. 實德環球國際可能使用客戶資料以作推廣用途。在毋須支付任何費用情況下，客戶可以書面要求實德環球國際停止使用該等資料作該等用途。客戶流覽此網站及透過電子途徑向實德環球國際作出通訊，即表示客戶同意上述客戶個人資料之處理。如客戶于該等條款作出修訂後，仍繼續使用本網站，即視為客戶已接受有關修訂。

重要事項:  閣下于流覽本網站的任何內頁，即表示您同意上述的合約條款。

注意:  如本政策指引的中英文版本有任何歧義，概以英文本為准。

 

Privacy Policy

  1. Success Universe International Limited (SUI) collects personal information from customers through several means. Information held by SUI relating to customers will be kept confidential and customers agree that SUI may provide information received from customers to the following persons: 
    1. any member of SUI;
    2. any nominee in whose name securities or other property may be registered;
    3. any contractor, agent or service provider which provides administrative, data processing, computer, telecommunications, payment or securities clearing, financial, professional or other services to any member of SUI;
    4. any person with whom SUI enters into or proposes to enter into transactions on behalf of customers, or persons representing the same;
    5. any assignee, transferee, participant, sub-participant, delegate, successor or person to whom customer accounts is/are transferred;
    6. any business partner of any member of SUI; and
    7. governmental, regulatory or other bodies or institutions, whether as required by law, regulations or other rules applicable to any member of SUI.
       
  2. The purposes for which the data provided by customers from time to time may be used for are:
    1. the facilities and daily operation of the services provided to customers;
    2. giving effect to and carrying out of customers' instructions;
    3. providing services in connection with customer accounts, whether the services are provided by or through any member of SUI or any other person;
    4. conducting credit inquiries or checks on customers and ascertaining customers’ financial situation and investment objectives, and enabling or assisting any other person so to do;
    5. collection of amounts due, enforcement of security, charge or other rights and interests in favor of any member of SUI;
    6. marketing existing and future services or products of any member of SUI or any other business partners may be subject;
    7. forming part of the records of the person or member of SUI to whom the data may be passed;
    8. observing any legal, regulatory or other requirements to which any member of SUI or any other persons may be subject; and
    9. other purposes related or incidental to any one or more of the above.
       
  3. SUI shall at all times observe the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and save as specified herein, keep customers' information confidential.
     
  4. Customers shall have the right of access to, to check whether SUI holds customers personal data and to correct personal data held by SUI and SUI may charge a reasonable fee for processing such data request. Such requests for access to and/or correction should be addressed to:

  5. SUI may use the data customers supplied for direct marketing purposes. Customers may request in writing, without charge to customers, that SUI cease using the data for such purpose.

By browsing this site and communicating electronically with SUI, customers agree to the processing of customers' personal data in the way described herein, and, by continuing to use this site following the posting of any changes to these terms will signify customers' consent to such changes.
